Plex server not powerful enough to convert video chromecast. 108. Lets take the movie Bighero 6, I have previously watched this via GC without issues and I can still watch it via samsung app on the TV downstairs and on my android phone without issue. But whenever I try to cast it to my Chromecast 2 using the Android Plex app, I get the message. s. I can play the vid, with google chromecast but not the built in plex ap on the tv. The media server is running on windows 10, i7 6700k, 32gb ram. To get by this, I have to change my settings to "automatically convert" and in the Plex dashboard you can see it's transcoding it to h. g. But when i try to use with chrome cast on another tv i’ve the message: “This server is not powerful enough to convert video”… I’ve tried to forced the direct play without transcoding… but nothing… How i do to resolve this problem??? p.
